Delivery Times

Generally our furniture is made when you submit an order, so we quote a lead time of between 3 - 6 weeks, but this will be confirmed once an order is made. If you are trying to meet a deadline, please call, but bear in mind theres usually 5 coats of paint to dry so it probably won't be ready the next morning.


We'll do deliveries ourselves within a 30 mile radius of the workshop, and this will be charged at £25.00, otherwise delivery is quoted at checkout time for either pallet or white glove delivery service.


As furniture is made to order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the order price if the order is cancelled after 24 hours of it being placed. If a deposit is taken, it is non-refundable on cancelled orders, cancellation of bespoke orders will result in the loss of the paid deposit.


As our products are customized and produced to order, returns are not accepted. Please bear this in mind when making a purchase.


All of our furniture is hand-finished, and as such, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur. Colours on the website are shown as close as possible to the true colour, but this is never completely accurate. It is a good idea to visit our paint suppliers website and view the colours shown there too.

Damaged items

If any item arrives damaged it must be reported within 48 hours and the item and packaging used retained. Any obvious damage to packaging must be reported immediately, and the goods must be signed for as “received damaged”. Take some photos if you can. A replacement (or repair) will be undertaken once we have either received the damaged item or further advice from the carrier. Please wait for instructions before returning the item.

If an item is considered defective, please provide photographs in the first instance so we can establish whether repair or replacement is required.
